What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is paid parking 3 minutes from the venue at Eastbourne rail station (approx £6.60 all day)
Is the venue near to Eastbourne rail station?
We are a 2 minute walk from the main railway station in Eastbourne town centre.
What’s the refund policy?
72 hours notice prior to event for a full refund. Less than 48 hours a 50% refund as registration costs will have been incurred.
Can I change the date once the training course has been booked?
Yes with 72 hours notice prior to event.
Do I need to bring any I.D.?
Yes, you will need to bring photo I.D. prior to taking the examination at the end of the course.
Is lunch included?
No, lunch is not included but tea and coffee is offered on arrival and during breaks. There is a fridge and microwave should you wish to bring your own lunch.
